At least 31 people have been killed in a twin suicide bomb attack by suspected Boko Haram fighters on a town in northeast Nigeria, according to local sources.
Two blasts ripped through the Damboa government area in Borno state on Saturday evening targeting people returning from celebrating the Eid al-Fitr holiday.

Yemeni government forces, backed by the Arab Coalition, recaptured on Saturday a main airport in the strategic city of Hodeida, a major win in an ongoing campaign aimed at flushing Iran-backed al-Houthi militias from the Red Sea city.
The Yemeni army said that joint forces liberated the airport from Al Houthis and that engineering teams started clearing the facility from mines and explosives left behind by fleeing rebels.

The Es Sider oil export terminal in Libya was shut down and loadings at another one, Ras Lanuf, were suspended today after clashes between the Libyan National Army and the Benghazi Defense Brigades, Reuters reports, citing local sources.
At least one oil storage tank in Ras Lanuf has been set on fire, but oilfields have not been affected by the clashes yet, the sources said.

Troops backed by a Saudi-led coalition on Wednesday launched an assault on Yemen’s main port city of Hodeidah, in the biggest battle of a three-year war between an alliance of Arab states and the Iran-aligned Houthis.
Coalition warplanes and warships were carrying out strikes on Houthi fortifications to support ground operations by Yemeni troops massed south of the Red Sea port, the internationally recognized Yemeni government in exile said in a statement.
