The Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu welcomed the Armenian President Serzh Sarkisian’s statement that the Azerbaijani territory, currently occupied by Armenian troops, could be returned in exchange for security and self-determination for the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh.
