Burma-Myanmar: Clashes between Democratic Karen Buddhist Army - Kyaw Htet (DKBA-KH) rebels and army in Karen State displace over 4,000 people
Clashes between the Tatmadaw and the Democratic Karen Buddhist Army - Kyaw Htet (DKBA-KH) in Karen State have resulted in the displacement of about 4,000 people since early September, state media reported on 21 September.
Local authorities and relief organizations have been providing food and clothes for the displaced people most of whom have taken refuge in the monastery at Myaing Gyi Ngu.
