Afghanistan: 7 rebels killed by armed forces
The national army forces conduced a cleansing operation under the code name of Oqab (Eagle ) in the relevant areas of Sangeen district of Helmand province and killed 4 insurgents, wounded 3 others.
National defense ministry’s spokesman said BNA, these forces also conducted another operation in Doulatyar district of Ghoor province, seized 11 light weapons.
Also, As a result of a clash between national army forces and armed opposition in the relevant areas of Barmal district of Paktia province, 3 rebels were killed and three wounded.
