Afghanistan: 37 armed insurgents killed by security forces
The afghan security forces in the last 24 hours conducted several cleansing operations in the provinces of the country killed 37 armed insurgents the other day.
Interior ministry’s press office said BNA, the afghan security forces conducting the operations in the relevant areas of Helmand, Kunar, Nooristan, Maidan-Wardak, Kandahar, Nangarhar, Ghazni and Nimrooz provinces killed 37 armed insurgents, wounded 17 and arrested 13 others.
A quantity of weapons, 99 kg of narcotics was seized.
