On fourth meeting between delegations of Polisario Front and Morocco for constitution of new State in Western Sahara, has not taken any agreement.
Polisario Front fights by years to create a new State, Morocco doesn’t want leave that side of West Africa, occupied with the force after withdraw Portugal. United Nations, shamelessly by years, continue to mediate and don’t want resolve the question. Any wants have objective responsability, and this touches to Morocco, Polisario Front, Portugal, African Union and United Nations.

In these last 2 days there have been heavy clashes between SriLanka’s army and Tamil Tigers. Sources not officials, talk almost 180 soldiers murdered and 20 disappeared + a not precise number of casualties, the same number of killed between Tamil Tigers. These last, such as the army instead, put down the numbers of lost. The war between tigers and army is going on by years, neither a mediation of Norway had success to stop this bloody war. In last months tamil have had many defeated, maybe with this attack they wanted show that the struggle is not ended, and the born of a new nation in northeastern SriLanka is the will of tamil people and its army. 1 year ago, islamic courts were defeated by somali-ethiope army and retreat from Mogadishu and from others towns previously caught. Ethiopia (alone Christian-State in east Africa) behind somali requirement (of Kenya and USA) attended in support of somali army and defeated islamic courts. After less of one year, islamic courts are gaining ground and towns, imposing sharia such as unique law. It’s still true that Somalia is divided into 2 States (Somalia and Puntland inside the first) + 1 Somaliland that is a breakaway republic, declaring itself independent. Neither Puntland, neither Somaliland will permit to islamic courts to attack their territory, and obviously neither Kenya and USA will want a puppet-islamic-state (such as talibans in Afghanistan) tied with Al-Qaeda.

3 days ago Eritrea soldiers have poached in Djibouti and started to build trenches. Djibouti, State with which Eritrea has had 2 wars in 1196 and 1999, has sent some representatives to clear the situation. Because in Djibouti there are a detachment of French army, also this has been alerted. Waiting news.
