Tension and armed confrontations widened between the militias of Abdul Malik al-Houthi and his uncle, Abdul Azim al-Houthi, a Zaidi cleric in several areas in the governorates of Saada, Hajjah, Amran and Sanaa with both rallying their bases in many regions of Saada.
Tribal sources in Saada confirmed that Abdul Malik al-Houthi militias are still holding dozens of wounded followers of Abdul Azim al-Houthi who were kidnapped from hospitals.

Gaza militants launched a rocket from Gaza into Israel on Wednesday night, prompting airstrikes by the Israeli military.
Israel’s Iron Dome aerial defense system was activated and launched an interceptor missile, but no interception took place, according to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). No one was injured by the rocket.

At least 62 civilians have been killed in a US air force attack on two villages near Syria’s Deir ez-Zor city, Syrian state news agency SANA reported.
The airstrikes, which targeted the villages of Sousse and Bubradan, also injured a number of civilians, according to the report.

Syrian state media and a war monitor say airstrikes by the U.S.-led coalition on a town held by the Islamic State group have killed and wounded dozens.
State news agency SANA said the airstrikes on Sousa Thursday and Friday left several people dead or wounded.

Yemeni pro-government forces killed at least 70 fighters affiliated with the Iran-backed Houthi rebels on Wednesday after they launched a large-scale offensive to reopen a supply route between the capital Sanaa and the Red Sea port city of Hodeidah.
The target of the offensive was Kilo 16, east of Hodeidah, which links the two cities. The rebels lost the key transport link in September when Al Amalikah forces, part of a pro-government brigade, recaptured it as they pushed towards Hodeidah.
